Magic Scholarship Fund

The Magic Scholarship Fund is a program established by Dr. Aubrey Fine in memory of his therapy dog, Magic, for Pet Partners volunteers and AAAIP members. Funds are to be used for professional development in the field of animal-assisted interventions.

Examples of professional development opportunities include but are not limited to continuing education, conference attendance, professional certificates, certification, and university or graduate studies in AAI. All applications must include clear details about how funds will be spent, including the price and provider. Funds are not awarded for therapy animal training and care or to cover costs incurred by your therapy animal work, such as transportation, additional insurance, or equipment.

The award is given in December for use in the following calendar year.
